A '91 S10 Baja for $2500. Oh, how I wish I could trade my Taurus for it. So freaking cool.

Where is the light-bar/spare-tire-holder/ entire-bed-waster??
Still love those wheels.

Want!

Certainly looks like a half-assed job to make a Baja clone. No rollbar, steelies, incorrect decals, only one Baja seat, incorrect color.

Dat digital dash. But Nibmoe would be correct in thinking that it's possibly a clone.

Too many glaring incorrectities
Even if it was a Baja, it certainly ain't now

Totally agreed. It would be perfect for my needs.

I thought it looked a little strange. Good eye! Still looks relatively clean, though.

I KNOW. Then I could have two cars with awesome digital dashes! Yeah, I'd agree, Nibmoe is right.

I just get weary of people trying to pass something off as something it's not

Like I said to Nibmoe, I thought that it looked a little odd. I think he's right in saying its a clone. Still a cool truck, but most likely not authentic.

I'll give 'em this - that digital dash is looking quite well kept and functional! A definite rarity there :)

Yeah, I agree. I guess I just really didn't consider it being a fake since I thought it was so cool.

Oh man, that digital dash is just so glorious. As you said, that's quite a rarity!

Steelies weren't a given on Bajas. My 89 had the Outlaw wheels.
Im with ya on the color for sure. They only came in 3 colors.
"Extra cost Baja options included: a cargo-net end-gate, aluminum outlaw wheels and a special box-mounted spare tire carrier w/ aluminum wheel."

Likely not a Baja, but then again, just about every Baja ever had the light bar removed anyway. Otherwise you were driving a tall, two seat coupe.

There are two in Davenport Iowa that I know of. One is a Black Standard cab and the other is a white Extended cab. I think they're both post 91s because they have the BAJA embroidering on the seats.

Valid point to consider. It was definitely impractical lol. Like I said, even if it isn't a real Baja, its still pretty cool in my opinion.

I thought the Outlaws were actually standard on the Bajas.

Really? Cool! I don't think I've ever seen one in person.
Did they even go past '91? I thought it was only '88-'91. If they have embroidering on the seats, then I'm pretty sure they're both '91s.

I never knew much about them until a few years after I sold mine. I still regret that. It was the first vehicle I purchased on my own after High School.

You're right. It did die in 91.
I would love to have another. I'd even consider doing a clone if I could. That truck served me very well.

Wait, you had a Baja? That's pretty damn cool. Yeah, as I said to Nibmoe, even if its a clone, its still a pretty cool truck in my opinion. It would suit my purposes well.
